Monitors #instruct-onboarding Slack channel for messages.
If message contains name and email: Creates personalized onboarding folder, copies templates, and sends welcome email.
If message contains knowledge content: Updates the onboarding welcome document with new information.
If neither pattern matches: Replies that the message doesn't appear to be for onboarding or knowledge updates.
